Ingredients
1 single-crust pie dough
2 eggs
½ cup sugar
⅓ cup butter, melted
2 tablespoons flour
¾ cup almond flour (or finely ground almonds)
2–2½ cups blueberries, fresh or frozen

Preparation
Preheat oven to 350°.
Roll out pie dough; place in a 9-inch pie plate.
Measure flours.
Whisk together eggs, sugar, butter until smooth. Add to flours.
Place blueberries in bottom of pie crust.
Pour egg mixture over blueberries.
Bake for 40 minutes.
Let cool and sprinkle with icing sugar. (Optional)
